The Research Of Incentive Mechanism For Employees In Qingdao's Small Foreign Trade Enterprise

With the constant development of foreign trade in Qingdao,small enterprises gradually increase which are small in size with a dozen or even a few employees,and make outstanding contribution to stabilize economy,raise employment rate,develop foreign trade and promote economic and trade growth in the local and even the entire province.In the cruel test of market economy,the small foreign trade enterprises are exposing some problems.The most obvious ones are the loss of the foreign trade talented person,low employee's enthusiasm,weak team consciousness and the relatively poor performance etc.The imperfect incentive mechanism is one of the most direct causes.In order to seize the golden development opportunity,it is extremely imminent to perfect the incentive mechanism in the small trade enterprises.Based on a current employee's incentive survey of Qingdao small foreign trade enterprises,the paper summed up the satisfaction level of incentive elements,such as payment structure,performance system,training,company's business objectives,departments division of responsibilities,and personal development space is low,and also analyzed the underlying reasons.After consulting a large number of foreign incentive theories and combining the employees' characteristics of the small enterprises,it has perfected the incentive mechanism in improving compensation structure,strengthening performance management and making staff career planning.A reasonable,fair,flexible and effective incentive mechanism will be made.It will be meaningful to stimulate the employees' enthusiasm and promote the development of small foreign trade enterprise in Qingdao,and then lead to a development of the entire Qingdao foreign trade.
