As an important part of modern enterprise management,human resource management has become the focus of all types of enterprises.However,in the process of human resource management,employee motivation is a content which is easy to be ignored.In recent years,the academic research on employee incentive mechanism has been emerging.Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are an important part of the national economic structure of our country.Its healthy and rapid development plays an important role in promoting national economic growth.Because of this,many scholars have studied the incentive mechanism of employees in the SMEs.It is found that there is almost no study on the employee incentive mechanism of the SMEs.Therefore,the study selects a small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise,a specific type of the SMEs as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of the staff incentive mechanism of the enterprise.Existing problems are explored and relevant suggestions are put forward.In this paper,Wuxi Changou Company is taken as the research object,and the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the company is studied by combining the relevant theories of incentive mechanism,including the Theory of Demand Hierarchy,the Theory of Fairness and the Theory of Two Factors.The research adopts a questionnaire to carry on an investigation on the employee incentive mechanism of the company,and on the basis of this,finding out the existing problems,and putting forward the relevant suggestions.The research mainly includes the following parts:The first part: introduction.The general introduction to the basic situation of the study is made in this part,including the background and significance of the study,current situation of studies at home and abroad,research methods and so on.The second part: the theoretical basis.The related concepts and academic theories involved in the research are introduced,outlining the basic academic framework of the research.The third part: an empirical study of incentive mechanism.This part takes Wuxi Chang'ou Company as an example to make an empirical analysis of the employee incentive situation of the company.Through the use of questionnaire,it provides a persuasive basis for the latter questions.The fourth part: the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of Wuxi Chang'ou and corresponding countermeasures.Through the data obtained by the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of the employees in Wuxi Chang'ou,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The fifth part: conclusion.The research results are summarized and the future research is prospected.The study Wuxi ChangOu Photoelectric Technology Co.,LTD.,came to the conclusion that after the incentive mechanism of Wuxi ChangOu Photoelectric Technology Co.,LTD.,the incentive mechanism has insufficient,embodied in material incentives have limitations,the deficiency in the spiritual,corporate culture needs to be strengthened.The existing incentive mechanism is not enough to support the development of enterprises,should adopt the combination of material and spiritual mode,establish a clear career planning for employees and create a people-oriented corporate culture.
