foreign investment in China in succession "camping",and constantly expand their business blueprint,grow their own strength,and its lucrative compensation and perfect incentive system greatly attract the outstanding talents of business of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises salesman erosion is serious,leading to the present how to get the favour of outstanding talents of foreign trade business and retain existing business talents to create a better benefit become small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise priority.Up-and-downs full play to the business staff's work enthusiasm and creativity,let staff in enterprises,for home,put their own interests and corporate interests consistency,by B company of foreign trade business of
