Opening to the world helps China’s foreign trade enterprises to meet a favorable external conditions and bring some risks for them. The adverse effects of American Subprime Mortgage Crisis lasts to now for China export trades. And then there are some negative conditions to China’s export, such as export drawback decline to the domestic enterprises for foreign trade, RMB appreciating, and raw material prices rising. With the liberalization of foreign trade rights, foreign trade enterprises more competitive. Foreign trade depend heavily on sales of personal ability. Customer resources tend to sales personnel in the hands of individuals. It is very important to establish an effective incentive mechanism of foreign trade sales. The incentive mechanism can improve the human resources management. The incentive mechanism can enhance the core competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises. The sales staff incentive mechanism of foreign trade enterprises can improve the competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises.
