With the implementation of energy-saving policies brought by the global energy shortage,LED lighting products have entered a rapid growth period.At the same time,LED lighting enterprises are generally set up due to the low industry access threshold.Different from international leading enterprises which possess a large number of core patents,domestic enterprises have similar disadvantages such as weak research and development capabilities,weak innovation capabilities and serious homogeneity of products.Therefore,the competition in LED lighting industry is getting worse and even reached a white-hot state.If want to win in such a market environment,Enterprises’ requirement on improvement of new product development project process management is getting higher and higher.This article takes K company as the object,by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the progress management of new product development project and the idea and method of project progress management.We make use of the qualitative analysis method and the comparative research method,also combined with enterprises current situation.We propose the improvement of new product project process management for K company.This paper presents: the core of the improvement of new product project process management of K company is the optimization management of the development process.A comprehensive and meticulous feasibility study before the project launched can ensure the smooth development of the project,it is the precondition of the project progress.In the project launching and planning stage,a reasonable and feasible project plan established based on the purpose of research,and the agreement achieved within the team.It is the basis of the project progress.In project implementation and control phase,by reviewing and controlling project node and project progress,considering the influence of each node and formulate the countermeasures to ensure the control of the whole project.The conclusion of this paper is of great help to the progress management of K Company’s new product development project,and also has some reference to the same industry.
