According to the calculation results of different economy regionals and talent development dimensions, combining with the comparative and empirical analysis results of the Heilongjiang Province and Liaoning, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Jiangsu,the four different technology talent development level typical provinces,to make clear the technical talent development problems of Heilongjiang Province equipment manufacturing industry.
