Research On Rapid Profit Model Of C-type Business Department Of X Securities Company

It has been nearly thirty years for the development of China's securities market up to now.With the gradual improvement of the market mechanism,the development of domestic securities company has also entered a standardized stage,indicating that the securities market will getting mature with its good situation.However,with the arrival of economic globalization,foreign capital has poured into the domestic market,leading to the operating environment of China's securities market having been forced to change,with the operating pressure of securities companies becoming greater and greater and their profit model being severely tested.At this moment,the problem of securities company's profit model will emerge.The level of profitability of securities company in China is still relatively lower than that of securities company in western developed countries.If China's securities company wants to achieve sustainable profitability,a good profit model must be built.After thirty years of hardships severe test,X Securities Company has entered into a stage of healthy development.Taking X Securities Company and its C-type Business Department as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the profit model of the securities industry and analyzes the C-type Securities Business Department in Anshan District from the economic situation and the current development of the securities market.There are several difficulties if rapid profits are wanted to achieved in the Securities Business Department : First,the business department has been established for a short period of time,with less accumulation of custody assets.How to quickly enhance the custody assets of Business Department is particularly important;second,the securities industry has seen a serious decline in commission,with profitability being significantly weakened.How to enhance the profitability of the Business Department also takes priority;third,the staff allocation of the Business Department exists defect.How to optimize the allocation is also the key problem to be solved.This paper adopts Porter's Five-Force Model and SWOT analysis method to analyze,through the analysis of the current profit model of X Securities Company C-type Business Department,putting forward a rapid profit plan suitable for this Business Department with combination of X Securities Company's assessment requirements for the Branch,which lays a theoretical basis for the realization of the rapid profit of C-type Business Department of X Securities Company in Anshan District,and also provides a strong guarantee for the rapid profit of C-type Business Department of X Securities Company in Anshan District.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some references for other C-type Securities Business Departments in China for making some contribution to the study of profit model.
