Research On Communication Management Of Petrochemical Engineering Design Team

The accumulative total output value of the petrochemical industry in China is quite considerable and takes a large proportion in the total output value of the national industry.If the fixed asset investment of the petrochemical industry can be reduced by one percentage point,the capital can be saved by 100 million yuan.As the pioneer of petrochemical engineering projects,the engineering design industry plays an inestimable role in the economic cost.Therefore,it is very important to optimize project management of engineering design.To optimize the project management of petrochemical engineering design team,we should start with the communication management of optimized design team.This paper takes H design institute as an example to study the communication and management of the petrochemical engineering design team of H design institute.First,through interviews and surveys,the organization structure and working process of H design institute were analyzed,and the existing problems of H design institute were found.After summarizing the found problems,the specific engineering design cases were introduced for analysis,and the characteristics of petrochemical engineering design team and existing communication and management problems were summarized.Secondly,through the communication management problems,combined with engineering design team specific problems and the theory of practice,analysis the factors of influence on the communication management,can know: the organizational structure of communication is influential,the organizational structure of the design team is the foundation of communication management,communication management,rely on the organizational structure of the design team;Communication methods also have an impact on communication.In order to achieve effective communication,we should not only have good communication skills,but also choose the right communication methods.The impact of the project manager on communication is also easy to see,no matter in the process of the project,making plans and setting goals;In the process of project implementation,the correction of deviation and the handling of obstacles are directly related to the project manager's communication skills and communication skills.Thirdly,it puts forward the solution of communication and management of petrochemical engineering design team: clarify rights and responsibilities in concept,set standard communication template,maintain daily equality and mutual trust,and regulate more communication methods;In terms of the system,a sound communication mechanism should be established.Project communication management should run through the whole life cycle of the project,and a proper communication mechanism should be established in the four stages of project initiation,project planning,project implementation and project ending.In terms of skills,cultivate the communication skills of team members,adapt to the diversity of environment and channels,pay attention to the routine training and guidance,and strengthen the universalization of tacit understanding and cooperation.Finally,the whole content of the article is summarized,and the results are explained and the deficiencies of the article and the outlook for the future are put forward.This paper analyzes the existing problems through investigation and interviews of the petrochemical engineering design team of H design institute and explores reasonable solutions.However,the solutions and conclusions can be extended to other petrochemical engineering design teams.
