As the time goes by,the competition of manufacturing enterprise in the market is more and more cruel,the quality of the product level is the core of the competition,the enterprise must pay attention to quality management to improve the quality of the products.EMR company is a US invested company in China,it continues to maintain stable improvement of operations and production,the research of its quality management system is valuable.Begin with related definition of quality management,this paper expounds the development process of quality management,quality management representative and their theories,main theories and quality management of the current mainstream research.Then analyzed the EMR company quality management,the combination of status of industry,find out four weaknesses of EMR's current quality management: supplier management,production process quality control,staff training,and quality culture construction.And then use of various quality management method to effectively develop and implement quality management plan,improve the quality of raw materials and production process,and from the personnel training and build up enterprise culture to guarantee the implementation of a quality consciousness,the improvement of quality management system to guarantee the development of enterprises.This paper takes EMR company as an example,study the quality management strategy and experience,the conclusion of the research is that the enterprise must improve the quality management of the enterprise to promote the sustainable development of the company,and combine the theory of quality management and the experience of the enterprise to make the reasonable and effective quality management strategy,the improvement of the internal quality management from the raw material suppliers to manufacturing process management,and improve the personnel quality awareness and the establishment of a quality culture to ensure the implementation of quality management strategies.
