In order to realize the dynamic management of all the information of the enterprise,Enterprises generally use advanced planning and scheduling(Advanced Planning and Scheduling)method,this is a time,order,inventory,forecast production and other important factors into account in the production process at any time to obtain a variety of dynamic changes,so as to adjust the production to meet the changes in the market approach.Help enterprises to solve the problem of capacity and resource balance for the discrete manufacturing industry to tell the flow of various resources to bring great convenience.Using a reasonable mathematical model in the forecast to predict the production of parts can give the company's production plan a great help.But the production forecast is complex,multi-level,these characteristics,which for its modeling is more difficult.The main body of this paper is based on Ningxia Wuzhong Instrument Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Wuzhong instrument),this enterprise is a discrete manufacturing valve manufacturing enterprises,the company's products are characterized by more varieties,less bulk,more batches.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of customers to achieve the rational use of enterprise resources,we must take a more effective production organization,in order to improve their own existing forecasting system,improve forecasting ability,companies need to establish a new forecasting model.By analyzing the historical production data of enterprises and cleaning the data,and then according to the characteristics of the data,a suitable algorithm is selected to build the prediction model.In the algorithm the paper proposes a support vector regression optimized by genetic algorithm to predict the data in the prediction model proposed two prediction model,through the combination of algorithm and model to general parts of enterprises more accurate production forecast.Then,the model is simulated by MATLAB,and the accuracy of the model is verified.Finally,the prediction system is realized by programming,and the prediction of the common parts of the enterprise is realized effectively.The realization of the enterprise general part forecasting system has the following two aspects:first,it improves the processing ability and response capability of the order;second,improves the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
