Changes in competitive environment have resulted in change in enterprisemanagement and modern logistics management has emerged in the new competitiveenvironment. The new competitive environment of competitive advantage reflects thefollowing elements: the cost in the 70s, the quality in the 80s and the time of delivery inthe 90s, namely, the basic time competition is a major competitive factor of the twentiethcentury respectively. In the twenty-first century, this trend has shifted to competitionability up. Modern enterprises are not worried about whether there is sufficient productioncapacity because the company's products can be realized from the form of value changes tothe monetary form. Therefore, more and more entrepreneurs in business management haveshifted the focus from production to circulation areas. The logistics of communication isprecisely an important link between production and consumption, which is basicconditions of the formation of "Logistics Rush" in recent years. Therefore, enterprises haveput emphasis on enterprise integration and efficient management approach - logisticsmanagement. Logistics management has become the focus of business management toreflect the reality: when one's logistics management is in higher level, that enterprise shallbe the winner in the market competition. The contents of this research paper are arrangedaccording to the following thinking and orders: identify the problem - analyze the problemand solve the problem. First, the paper related the background materials and researchideas in this paper; then the paper presented the current inventory management theory inthe medical device industry and summarized the current situation in current medical deviceindustry inventory requirements; the third part of this paper analyzes inventorymanagement for SDS company in the current situation and summed up the companythrough multiple channels, inventory management problems; the fourth part of this papersummarizes the inventory management problems in SDS company and put forward someideas and measures for improvement.
