| Quality cost management was important part of total quality management .It was developed early from the quality management of western countries in 60's, and Quality cost management was lead into the enterprise management of our country followed to promote total quality management from 80's.it made a lot of progress to promote quality cost management in building and operation quality management system, but there were problems in the process.In the past,military enterprise almost took account into quality cost which occupied great percentage in the total product cost because of pursuing high military product. Followed the rapid development in technology and a change in policies, military enterprise cannot monopolize market of military product. Research of military enterprise focus on to produce high quality products though economical quality cost.The paper try to discuss the theory of quality cost management and the practice of the military enterprise, to analyse quality cost management of the military enterprise of our country in present, to analyse how to develop and enhance it, to analyse how to promote quality management though quality cost management. |
