Nowadays, building a resource-saving and environmental-friendly society has become a common target among the government, market enterprises and the end-consumers.With the continuously developing of the market, the diversifications of the channels and consumer preferences make the situations of closed-loop supply chain(CLSC)markets more complicated. Both the governments and the enterprises in CLSC pay their attention to how to manage and decide better in the increasingly complicated market situation. In recent years, the researches in the CLSC field mainly focused on the optimal decision, channel selection and the CLSC under the government intervention. However, most researches assumed that the consumers were homogeneous between the new products and remanufacturing products,or assumed that the consumers just had single preference on the quality of new products and remanufacturing products.Few literatures considered the dual consumer preferences on the quality and environmental influences when they studied the CLSC.Based on such among backgrounds, this study established and analyzed four CLSC models of different kinds of remanufacturing products sale channels with or without the government subsidy by the methods of operation and game theory. And then compared the differences between single and dual sales channel CLSCs including the optimal decisions and the environmental influences as well as the effects of the government subsidy intervention. Finally this paper discussed the impacts of dual consumer preferences on above channel differences. The main conclusions of this study are as followings:(1)The main channel differences in this study included the differences of the optimal decisions and the environmental influences as well as the different effects of the government subsidy intervention. As for the channel differences of the optimal decisions and the environmental influences, compared with single-sales-channel CLSC,the dual-sales-channel CLSC usually had more advantages in the degree of economy profits, but it would make more serious environmental influence. As for the effects of the government subsidy intervention, the government subsidy intervention was an efficient intervention methods in the degrees of both the economy and the environment in the single-sales-channel CLSC but with a higher government subsidy threshold. In the dual-sales-channel CLSC,the government subsidy intervention would increase both the market size and CLSC profit, but it would decrease the profit of the retailer. The impact of the government subsidy intervention on the environment influence in the dual-sales-channel CLSC depended on the relationship between the environmental friendliness of remanufacturing products and their original environmental influence.(2)The effects of the dual consumer preferences on the channel differences were complicated. The channel difference of the government subsidy threshold would not change with the preference of the property of remanufacturing products, but it would be widened by the increasing of environmental friendliness of the remanufacturing products.Besides, the increasing of the consumer preference on the property of remanufacturing products would widen the channel differences of the optimal decisions and the environmental influences. But when this preference in the diffident intervals, the preference of the environmental friendliness would perform various impacts on the several among channel differences. It meant that when the CLSC considered the dual consumer preferences, the different value groups of the preferences would apply different impacts on the channel differences.Only when the group situations of the dual consumer preferences were taken into consideration together, could the managers realize the differences between single-sales-channel CLSC and dual-sales-channel CLSC.
