The Strategy Research Of Closed-loop Supply Chain With Consumer Heterogeneity And Government Subsidy

With the growth of consumer awareness of sustainable development,the closed-loop supply chain has attracted extensive attention of the government,enterprises and academia.Closed-loop supply chain can increase enterprise competitiveness and show the sense of social responsibility of the enterprise,as well as provide a new way for sustainable development.This thesis constructs a two period closed loop supply chain decision-making model based on consumer heterogeneity,which is composed of single manufacturer and single retailer.We study two different models which are manufacturer’s responsibility for recycling products and retailer’s responsibility for recycling products.Through the comparative analysis of the models,we get the optimal recycling model and optimal price decision in the closed loop supply chain.On this basis,we discuss the impact of different government subsidy strategies on the optimal decision of closed loop supply chain.The specific conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The heterogeneity of consumers and the recovery rate of waste products will affect the price,production and profit of two period closed loop supply chain.With the increase of recovery rate and consumer recognition,the retail price and the wholesale price of the first cycle of new products are reduced,the bilateral effect between channels is reduced,and the benefits of retailers and manufacturers are effectively improved.(2)A comparative analysis of the recycling channel models show that companies prefer retailers to take charge of the recycling model.For consumers,in the purchase of new products and remanufactured products in the first cycle,they are more inclined to retailer’s responsibility for the recycling model;but when consumers purchase new products in the second cycle,their preferences for recycling channel models depend on the degree of acceptance of remanufactured products.(3)The study of government subsidy patterns shows that the reasonable government subsidy policy can effectively reduce the retail price of products,promote the recycling of waste products and the sales of new products and remanufactured products,expand the market share of the remanufactured products,improve the profit of the enterprises.Specifically,channel members tend to favor the government’s subsidy strategy for enterprises;for consumers,when the degree of remanufactured product recognition is large,they tend to subsidize corporate strategies,otherwise they tend to favor the government’s subsidy model for consumers.
