Research On Project Risk Of A-telecom Electronic Channel Support Platform Project

With the continuous development of emerging IT technologies such as cloud computing,big data and edge computing,compared to the telecom operators' push channels,the merchant channel supplier channels,and the traditional channel areas such as government and enterprise universities,the Internet companies' online channels With the characteristics of light assets,end-to-end,scale,and integration,we can use Internet technology to continuously develop channel advantages.In order to prevent telecom operators from becoming data channels,telecom operators are continuously strengthening the construction of electronic channels and related supporting fields,and are also further consolidating the diversified channel needs of mobile users and countering the construction of electronic channels.Since 2012,telecom operators have continued to expand the scale of electronic channel construction.Such large-scale and high-concurrency electronic channel support cannot be separated from platform-based electronic support capabilities and risk control of overall projects.From the perspective of project risk management,most of the traditional project management systems implemented by domestic operators have introduced late-stage project risk management systems,which has resulted in the respective electronic operation channel support systems between provinces,cities and groups.Lack of unified planning can not form the cohesive force of channel advantage.Therefore,from the perspective of project risk management,it is particularly important to create an intensive and platformized electronic channel operation platform.This paper takes the electronic channel operation support platform project in the field of IT and operation support as the entry point,analyzes and studies the security technology risks,hardware risks,human resource risks and project management risks of the platform projects involved,and gives Corresponding risk management and control measures.This paper firstly combs the related concepts and theories of project risk management.Based on the principles of risk identification and risk analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the four major risk points of security technology risk,hardware risk,human resource risk and management risk.On this basis,the risk control strategy for security technology risks,hardware risks,human resources risks and management risks is formulated,and targeted risk control measures are proposed..
