The Risk Management Research On Cloud-Based Business Support System Construction Project Of LT

The Internet,one of the greatest inventions of mankind in the 20 th century,is imperceptibly affecting and changing our economic development and living environment,which has greatly promoted the social development.The rise of new Internet companies has brought about great changes in the competition of the internet industry,and the communication operators have also suffered a huge impact.In the future,the resources owned by traditional communication operators are not the key factor any more,but will be the IT management ability.How to reduce the cost of IT systems and enhance the core competitiveness have become an urgent choice for the traditional communication operators.The project studied in this paper aims at changing the backward system architecture,supporting the new business and transforming LT company's internet business operations.It is planned to restructure IT system by introducing cloud technology,and solve a series of problems such as backward system architecture,high control risk and high operation cost of LT,which aims at increasing the sales volume of enterprise products and creating more value.Cloud-based business support system construction of LT is the most advanced technology scheme in this field,involving many new standards and technical standards.LT has a wide business scope and many departments are involved in the implementation of this project.Diverse business needs,rapid demand changes,urgent implementation,large scale and long period construction,long-term maintenance,higher network and security availability,all those requirements could cause a series of risk points and potential risks in the overall construction,thus it is very necessary to effectively manage all the risks of the project.By using the risk management theories and methods,this paper discusses the risk management on cloud-based business support system construction project of LT.In view of the monitoring,identification,planning,evaluation and response of a series of potential risks in the project implementation process,this paper discusses the project risks that enterprises often encounter,and how to formulate feasible risk response measures aimed at each risk,and finally summarizes the risk control methods suitable for cloud-based business support system construction project of LT company.In this paper,the risks are divided into four categories: demand risks,management risks,technical risks and external risks,and 31 indicators are given in detail for each risk.Then,each risk indicator is evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process.Assess the results to develop specific and effective responses for each type of risks to reduce the risks in this project.Finally,in order to ensure the project can be carried out smoothly,and to provide reference for the theoretical research and practical application of the cloud-based system construction project,we put forward a series of specific measures for risk monitoring and prevention.
