Food is the material basis of human survival.Food safety is a public health problem all over the world.It is not only directly related to human health,but also seriously affects the economic and social development.In recent years,with the intensification of market competition,the food safety problems of our country are constantly,and many food production enterprises,driven by the interests,produce food that endanger health and even threaten the lives of people.This problem reflects the shortcomings of the food production industry in our country and is a major livelihood problem which needs to be solved urgently.The quality management of food is an important part of the management of food enterprises.The quality management work is a comprehensive scientific and technological management work.It has risen to be one of the important tasks for the survival and development of the food processing enterprises.Jiangsu Tyson foods Co.,LTD.is a predominantly "chicken food production and processing enterprises”.In the process of continuous development and expansion,some problems on quality management had been shown up,so the thesis study the cause of quality problems,analysis the root cause of occurrence quality problem and get the conclusion of its lack of a system of comprehensive management approach.The PDCA is a set of method of processing cycle is to plan,execute,check each link system.The quality of the PDCA cycle management method can effectively solve the quality problem for the company.This paper specifically studies the quality management activities of PDCA application in service support department;Verification of process CCP point HACCP program;Cold chain transportation of logistics link and quality management of raising link.By comparing the results of the comparison before and after the application of PDCA,through product quality and customer satisfaction survey data to confirm that the application of PDCA in quality management to solve the problems and the follow-up optimization scheme is also put forward and provide theoretical reference for Tyson to comprehensively strengthen quality management and improve the quality.The introduction and application of PDCA cycle in quality management has not only improved the product quality of enterprises and met customers' demands to the maximum extent,but also significantly promoted the improvement of the whole operation and management level of enterprises,which is the source power for the sustainable development of enterprises.
