Due to the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,enterprises in the market are facing fierce competition.The barriers to entry and exit of Chinese military industry are very high because of the special reasons such as the products are for national defense.The market environment of military enterprises is relatively closed,and the competition in the industry is not fierce.The product demander plays a dominant role in the military market.Military industrial enterprises plan and arrange their R&D and production tasks according to the demanders' requirements.The enterprises are not independent and active,and their economic activities are obviously planned.Therefore,compared with general enterprises,military enterprises have weak market competitiveness,especially lack of rapid response ability to market changes.The implementation of macro-policies such as supply-side reform,state-owned enterprise reform and national strategy of civil-military integration has changed the macroeconomic environment of military industrial enterprises,they must carry out strategic transformation to participate in market competition.Financial strategy is an important functional strategy of an enterprise,serving the overall strategy of the enterprise.The financial management of military enterprises is still in the traditional stage of accounting and supervision after the event.Finance has not gone deep into the core business activities of enterprises to carry out effective resource management,decision support and results analysis.It is insufficient to support the adaptability and profitability of enterprises.It is necessary to carry out financial transformation in line with the enterprise's strategic transformation.There are many ways to carry out financial transformation,financial transformation based on the establishment of Financial Shared Service Center is a more successful way widely adopted in the world.Compared with general enterprises,military enterprises have their own particularities and limitations,so there will be more obstacles in the process of transformation.How to make financial transformation according to their particular conditions is a common problem faced by military enterprises.The thesis firstly explains the research background and significance of the topic,then summarizes and reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the fields of financial shared service,financial transformation and financial transformation of military enterprises.Then it defines the concepts of financial shared service,financial transformation and military enterprises,and analyses the related theories.Then the thesis introduces the characteristics and the background of financial transformation of military enterprises,and takes military enterprise F for an example,combining its financial management status,financial transformation purpose with the previous theoretical analysis,construct its overall idea of financial transformation based on financial shared service.Based on the idea,this thesis makes a concrete analysis of all steps and aspects in the process of company F's financial transformation.Finally,the thesis summarizes the transformation experience of company F,and refines some common problems that military enterprises need to pay attention to in financial transformation based on financial shared service.The thesis summarizes the overall financial transformation idea of company F,makes a concrete analysis of its various plans and measures in the process of financial transformation,summarizes the experience,problems and puts forward reasonable suggestions,which has a certain reference significance for other military enterprises to carry out financial transformation based on financial shared service,especially for the construction of Financial Shared Service Center.However,due to the limitations of the author's job position and experience,it is difficult to have a detailed and clear understanding of the overall design and planning of the financial transformation of company F,resulting in insufficient supporting documents and data in the thesis.And because of the financial transformation of company F has just been carried out for a short time,some processes are even not complete or fluent,so there is no data to support the description of the achievements after transformation.
