Employee welfare is belong to the category of human resource management,which is the extra benefits enterprises provide to employees in the form of material or spiritual encouragement in addition to wages and bonuses to the staff.Good welfare helps employees to devote themselves to their work,at the same time,it can also enhance the reputation and influence of enterprises.Employee benefits include annual subsidies,festival benefits,health benefits,holiday benefits,union benefits and many other categories.In the implementation of various welfares there exist many difficulties,such as how to choose welfare projects,how to carry out welfare management,and how to provide different welfare benefits.In order to balance the company's welfare budget and employee's individual welfare needs,the appropriate external welfare service providers are selected to solve various problems in the implementation of welfare.Company A is a service provider specializing in providing employee benefits solutions to business customers.With the increase in the number of business promotion and corporate clients,the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the rapid development of the company.In solving customer welfare service demand,the mode of traditional work transfer between departments leads to many problems,such as "late response to customer needs,the responsibility not clear,the working efficiency low to the customer demand,delivery cycle long",which bring customers not happy experience and low satisfaction.Due to the complexity and diversity of enterprise employee welfare services,this thesis studies the domestic and foreign enterprise project management theory and practice,combining with the implementation of welfare business needs of Company A,making many enterprise customers staff welfare demand into project management.The thesis discusses the applicability and application effects of multi-project management in company A and provides a multi-project management system,which improves customer satisfaction and also enhances the maturity in project management of company A.To solve the problems in the traditional mode of operation circulation between the departments,the thesis discussed the feasibility to conduct multi-project management in the company,and constructed the organization level PMO and the multi-project management system so that the work becomes transparent and orderly.In the working process of the multi-project management system,the project charter and the RACI matrix are issued to clear the duties of project personnel;the instant approval and project assessment mechanism are used to improve the enthusiasm of the members;the project performance analyzing and project post-evaluating mechanism are established to assist the strategic decision of the company.In the working process of the multi-project management system,the project charter and the RACI matrix are issued to clear the duties of project personnel;the instant approval and project assessment mechanism are used to improve the enthusiasm of the members;the project performance analyzing and project post-evaluating mechanism are established to assist the strategic decision of the company;the specific methods,such as project evaluation,project progress management,project classification management,project change management,are applied to the different stages of the actual project management work in practice.The practice of multi-project management is summarized and analyzed in the thesis to optimize the multi-project management system of the company A.The work of the thesis promotes the project management maturity of company A and gives a reference to the companies with similar complex business.
