| In recent years,with the rapid development of the social economy,the people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the process of urbanization has been accelerating,especially in the industrial parks of various cities and the rapid development of high-tech development zones.Therefore,the demand for construction land in cities is also Gradually increasing.In the rapid development of the city,a large number of urban land was left idle.The idle land of urban land will not only cause waste of urban land resources,but also affect the urban land structure to a certain extent,which will have a major impact on the development of social economy.Based on the relevant theoretical research of idle land,this paper sorts and summarizes the concepts,causes,types and land supply efficiency of idle land in cities and towns at home and abroad.Then through the compilation and analysis of the basic data of idle land in Jiangxi Province in 2018,the time distribution characteristics,spatial distribution characteristics and land use of urban idle land in Jiangxi Province were clarified.Based on the actual situation of each place,the causes of idle land in Jiangxi Province are analyzed qualitatively,which are mainly reflected in the four aspects of local government,development enterprise,policy and system,society and market mechanism.Finally,using the factor analysis method,the 10 factors with great influence are selected.Through the principal component analysis method,the four most important factors are identified,which are government administrative factors,land input factors,land supply and demand factors,and soil location factors..In combination with the solution of urban idle land in Jiangxi Province,four suggestions for the disposal of idle land in the city are proposed,which are suggestions for handling the land idle due to government administrative reasons,land input reasons,land supply and demand,and soil location.Finally,according to the actual situation of each region,it puts forward three suggestions for centralized planning,classification construction and strengthening management. |
