This thesis introduces present monitoring of urban Land Price, the studies of land price distribution in China, also research of the visualized are explained. The dynamic monitoring of land price in Center City District, Beijing, is taken as research object, the digital land price model about each land used type would be established. On this basis, both at home and abroad on the and dynamic change of urban land price and spatial evolution, the present situation of research on urban land prices and the related concept of the basic theory, including land rent theory, land-estimation theory methods, GIS-based spatial interpolation methods and GIS exploratory spatial data analysis, has done a brief introduction.Under the premise of basic research in the theory, we can set the digital land price model of the empirical research, according to the four categories of monitoring points (residential, integration, commercial, industrial). First of all, adoption of abnormal points correction and encryption control point method to optimize data quality, and then, respectively, use two of Inverse Distance Weighted and Kringing interpolation methods, compare the results and determine the best method of interpolation, finally, build four digital models of land price, respectively, and verify accuracy.Analysis the regular pattern of spatial and temporal distribution of four types land price with the above model, come to the characteristics of spatial distribution and time-varying of urban land price. In order to optimize urban land use structure and macro-control of urban land market, promote the city's health, provide a reasonable basis for the development.Center City District, Beijing, residential, integrated, commercial, the three types of spatial distribution of land price presenting the circle structure obviously, with certain spatial continuity and variability and region imbalance, and have some continuity with the planning of industrial land in Industrial Park, in some region presented the up or down of land price, and the north price higher than south. Besides, the spatial change of land price differs to some extent; the land price in urban vary markedly, while that in suburb decreases slowly. The policies and infrastructure are the most important in terms of the impact on the land price from the view point of temporal dimensions.
