Land is the source of human existence. Each nation and region attachs more and more importance to the utility of land resource as well as the management of land market in city. In order to manipulate the macroscopic development of land market and ascertain the microscopic equality and type of specific plot, we must get full knowledge of land price and its overall tendency of dynamic change.Our country reforms the land use system in cities and towns, through establishing and fostering the land market, that adopts the market mechanism and then makes the market play the basic role in allocating land resources under national macroscopic regulation and control. However, as it has not been a long time since reforming, the study on spatio-temporal variety of urban land price is still deficiency and there is not a systematic method that can efficiently work on this subject. The productions can not satisfy the demand of land price management and urban development. With the improvement of modern computer technology, it is possible and important to do quantitative analysis instead of just qualitative analysis on study of urban land price. Also, it has important practical significance on the dynamics of land price.Taking the city of Wuhan as an example, this paper analyses the characteristics of land price evolutions in time and space based on the data of land price existing from 2003 to 2007 in the city, tries to reveal the rules of variety as well as dynamics on urban land price, and finally helps to promote the development of land market and strengthen the management.There are 6 chapters in this research paper. Chapter one contains background significance , content, domestic and international progresses in researches related, the main research methods and its innovation points etc. Chapter two introduces the basic concepts and theories related; Part three generally summeriazes the study area from the four aspects: the natural conditions, socio-economic conditions , macroeconomic policy, present situation of land market. In part four, from both the vertical and horizontal aspect, analyses the land price evolution in time and its influence factors in Wuhan, and by the way of building the model of land price change between land price index and time series, it predicts the land price index of various land use in seasons from 2008 to 2010 ,introducing an interpolation method by year; The fifth chapter, it builds the Digital Land Price Model of commercial and residential land of Wuhan in 2007 by using MapGIS after emendating the sample data by years. At the same times, it analyses the spatial structure of land price in Wuhan through building Digital Land Price Model. Since the Profile Graph Titles in different areas reflect the different local features, the spatial distribution of land price and its influence factors are analysed here, as a result, the dynamic mechanism in changes of spatial distribution of land price has been revealed. The last section is the summary of the spatio-temporal variety of urban land price in Wuhan, discloses the problems on it and puts forward related suggestion.
