With the increasing of fierce competition of market,in order to stand firmly in the market,the small and medium-sized private enterprises must to improve the company's various systems to promote the overall development of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness.At present,A catering company faces problems such as high employee turnover rate,low employee satisfaction and poor employee enthusiasm.These problems restrict the development of A catering company,and the company has a lack of advantage in market competition.A catering company mainly focuses on the canteen management of enterprises and institutions.The canteen is a labor-intensive industry.The labor rate of employees is generally low,and the human,material,and financial resources of the enterprise are not fully utilized.The root cause is that the company has not established a scientific and standardized management system.A catering company tried to improve the performance management system of the enterprise by establishing a performance appraisal system.It is expected to improve the enterprise management system by perfecting the performance management system,but the effect is not satisfactory.The company's development faces problems such as how to improve the cohesiveness of the workforce,motivate the workforce,and improve the work efficiency of the workforce.This paper redesigns the company's employee performance appraisal system to find a solution to the problems facing the company.In this paper,through the on-the-spot investigation of A catering company,and the review of information,employee interviews and questionnaires,the company's performance appraisal system is redesigned based on a comprehensive understanding of the company's situation and the company's performance appraisal status.Through employee interviews and questionnaire surveys,this paper expounds the implementation status of the company's current performance appraisal,and explores the problems of the evaluation indicators in the performance appraisal,the appraisal indicators are too simple,the appraisal flow is in the form,and the appraisal is too subjective and lacks impartiality.And from the industry characteristics of the company,the company management and the company's employees and other aspects to deeply analyze the causes of the problem,the catering industry practitioners have lower academic qualifications to limit the implementation of performance appraisal,the company management has insufficient understanding of performance appraisal,company employees Lack of awareness of performance appraisal and other conclusions.According to the existing problems and the causes of the problems,this paper mainly uses the KPI assessment method to redesign the performance appraisal system of A Catering Company.Through the redesign of performance appraisal indicators,performance appraisal process and performance appraisal standards,it also increases the performance appraisal feedback.And the appeal system,the application of performance appraisal results,and the implementation of safeguard measures for performance appraisal.Maximize the objectivity,impartiality and effectiveness of performance appraisal to eliminate possible shortcomings in performance appraisal,reduce negative impacts,and achieve incentives for performance appraisal.The research results of this paper have positive effects on the performance appraisal of A Catering Company.It is expected that it can play a certain reference role for the performance appraisal of other private enterprises that are committed to long-term development.
