Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Lianjiang County Based On Feasible Ability

China's rural peasant population is about 700 million,accounting for 50% of the country's total population.With the development of the national economy,the living standards of farmers have improved significantly,but many farmers are still in poverty,and the rural poverty situation is still grim.The state attaches great importance to it and puts forward precise poverty alleviation and strives to achieve the goal of comprehensive poverty alleviation by 2020.This study selects Lianjiang County as the blueprint and conducts research on its precise poverty alleviation work from the perspective of Amartya Sen's feasibility and poverty theory.Using case method,literature method,interview method,and using the five kinds of instrumental freedoms of political freedom,economic conditions,social opportunities,transparency guarantee and protective protection in the theory of feasible ability poverty to study the precise poverty alleviation work in rural areas of Lianjiang County.It has effectively expanded the poverty alleviation ideas and enriched the poverty alleviation methods,and has a positive role in promoting the in-depth implementation of rural poverty alleviation work.It has certain reference significance for the similar situation of Lianjiang County poverty alleviation.Based on the theory of poverty alleviation at home and abroad,this study puts forward the specific content of five instrumental freedoms for Lianjiang County's viable ability,and looks for problems from the external environment of the poverty alleviation work and the characteristics of poverty alleviation and the performance of the main body of poverty alleviation.And analyzing the reasons from the dilemma of impaired economic conditions and weak political influence and lack of transparency and narrow social opportunities and the ability to protect and protect.On this basis,it proposes four targeted and operationally strong suggest to improve the political participation and information transparency of poor peasants,and to provide more social opportunities for them,and to create favorable economic conditions for them,and to improve the protective security system.Thereby accelerating the process of accurate poverty alleviation in rural areas of Lianjiang County,and achieving poverty alleviation.
