As a socialist country,various poverty alleviation aids such as financial relief,reform and promotion and scale development have been implemented in the decades after the founding of the People's Republic Strategy,and achieved some results.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party and the state have set themselves the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020.In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,they put forward the task of focusing on tackling poverty in areas with extremely poor poverty and ensuring that the rural poor in 2020 under the current standards In order to achieve this historical mission,General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the idea of precise poverty alleviation in 2013.Since 2011,China's poverty alleviation work has implemented the strategy of precise poverty alleviation.The concept of precision poverty alleviation has become the current and future Chinese government's proposal on The guiding ideology of poor governance.The concept of precision is the essence of the idea of precision poverty alleviation.The idea of dividing taxonomy in batches is the basic tool and the concept of spiritual poverty alleviation is the strategic focus.The difference between Xi Jinping's idea of precise poverty alleviation and other anti-poverty thinking lies in that the concept of precision and precision is the core of the idea of precise poverty alleviation.Industrial Poverty Alleviation,as a Concept of Precision Poverty Alleviation,is an important part of the "five batches" of projects.It is an approach to alleviate poverty by developing industries.Compared with other poverty alleviation methods,as a "hematopoietic" approach to poverty alleviation,Industrial poverty alleviation occupies an important position in poverty alleviation anddevelopment in our country at this stage.Based on the historical materialism of historical materialism,Deng Xiaoping's idea of common prosperity,and Xi Jinping's thought of precise poverty alleviation,this study analyzes the connotation of poverty,precision poverty alleviation and industrial poverty alleviation,and clarifies the content of the study.Then,taking the Taihang Mountains natural environment,society Economic environment and other basic conditions of the Taihang Mountain region in Hebei Province to understand the causes of poverty and poverty in the analysis of all historical countries and the region's poverty alleviation and development process,summed up the practical experience for the industry to provide an empirical reference for poverty alleviation;through the analysis of Hebei Province Based on the status quo of industrial development in Taihang Mountains,we learned about the achievements made in industrial poverty alleviation and recognize the problems that have arisen in the process of industrial poverty alleviation.Based on these issues,we put forward the development strategies from four aspects: the poor themselves,industrial development,markets and government.From the people-oriented and sustainable development as a starting point,the prospect of industrial poverty alleviation and development is prospected.It is hoped that this study can provide certain help to the industrial poverty alleviation work so that Taihang Mountain in Hebei Province can eventually achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity and become common prosperity.
