Research On The Suppression Of Rural Poverty Alleviation In The Context Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty alleviation and development is an important project of the people's livelihood and morality.After more than a decade of development,China's poverty alleviation work has made great progress and achievements.At the same time,however,many problems have been encountered in the development of poverty alleviation work,especially the existence of the phenomenon of returning to poverty,which has hindered the in-depth development of poverty alleviation work.For this reason,Xi Jinping is based on the extensive and diffuse working mechanism of the past,and put forward the concept of precise poverty alleviation.In short,it refers to “according to the situation of different poverty-stricken areas and different poverty-stricken households,using scientific and effective procedures to accurately identify and precisely assist poverty-stricken people.In this context,Jinggangshan City became the first poverty-stricken county in the country to “get rid of poverty”.Based on the research status and related theories at home and abroad,the thesis is the theoretical basis of this paper.Taking Jinggangshan City as the entry point,combined with the investigation,the paper analyzes the main manifestations and impacts of rural poverty alleviation,and analyzes the reasons for rural return to poverty from the perspective of the quality of the returning poor and the internal and external environment.Through interviews,case studies,literature studies,etc.,to understand the basic situation and effectiveness of poverty alleviation work in Jinggangshan City;to summarize the measures for the consolidation of poverty alleviation in Jinggangshan City,including: the main factor of poverty alleviation leads to lack of sustainability in poverty alleviation,the assessment mechanism for accurate poverty alleviation is not perfect,the development environment is not conducive to the stability of poverty alleviation,the mobilization of various sectors of the society is insufficient,and the local tourism resources are insufficiently explored.Finally,combined with the reflection on the consolidation of poverty alleviation measures in Jinggangshan City,the paper puts forward suggestions on restraining rural poverty alleviation from the development of poverty alleviation,the construction of poverty alleviation mechanism,the improvement of development environment,the participation of social forces and the excavation of local resources.Through the above-mentioned countermeasures,the period will bring reference to the solution of the problem of returning to poverty in Jinggangshan City,and it will also bring a certain paradigm basis for the solution of other poverty alleviation problems across the country,and help the sustainable development of poverty alleviation in other poverty-stricken areas.
