| Since China joined the World Trade Organization,the openness of the domestic economy and financial markets has been increasing.Foreign-funded enterprises have entered the Chinese market one after another.Domestic insurance companies have developed rapidly and competition has become increasingly fierce.In order to win in the fierce competition,a company must have excellent high-quality staff team as the development support.This requires the company to develop a proper and perfect training system based on the development needs of employees and the goal of enterprise construction,and effectively carry out training work.And then,the company can achieve its long-term development and strategic goals.This thesis firstly reviews the development and application of mind mapping concept and training theory,investigates the successful cases of mind mapping applied to enterprise training,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying mind map to enterprise training system design.On this basis,the research direction is determined based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign mind mapping applications,human resource training theory learning and T insurance company human resources training.Through the questionnaire survey and statistical data analysis,the current training status of T insurance company is summarized.Through the survey results of mind map,human resource training system research and training status of T insurance company,the scheme of using human mind map to design human resource training system is proposed.Taking the new employee training design of T Insurance Company as an example,according to the strategic development goals of the T-insurance company,the training needs,training plan,training organization implementation,training effect evaluation and training plan implementation guarantee system design analysis were carried out using the mind map.These results will have important guiding significance for strengthening the training of T insurance company employees and improving the efficiency of training.At the same time,it will also have reference value for the construction of employee training system of related enterprises. |
