Human resource management is the management of human factors in enterprise internal management.As an important module of enterprise human resource management,training is an effective means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Strategic human resources management,hoping to integrate corporate strategy and human resource allocation,so as to help enterprises get competitive advantage,to achieve effective support for enterprise health,steady development should have the core competitiveness.In the process of establishing the modern enterprise system,how to accurately locate the enterprise strategy and establish the human resources training system which is matched with it is a very urgent and serious problem related to the survival and development of the enterprise.SD Insurance is committed to becoming the world's leading personal financial life service providers,but the company's current internal training system,both in terms of breadth or depth with the realization of the company's strategic objectives need to have a greater gap.In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise,the company must increase the training of various talents in the enterprise,establish a sound training and training system,especially the training and reserve the implementation of strategic deployment of a large number of complex talents.At present,the research on training in China is mainly focused on the research of training methods,and the establishment and research of human resource training system are not much.This paper introduces the definition and importance of enterprise training by using the theories of enterprise development strategy,organizational behavior and human resource management,and analyzes the present situation of training at home and abroad,and analyzes the current situation of human resources of SD insurance company,the status of personnel,training status And the question of being.Based on the SD company's strategic objectives and its requirements for human resource training,this paper draws lessons from the cash experience of human resources training of some domestic and foreign insurance enterprises.This research is based on the organizational structure of human resource training,lecturer team,curriculum system,mobile Platform application and so on SD insurance company human resources training system construction,application and improvement measures.This study is of great significance for SD insurance companies to build the world's leading personal financial life service providers,to enhance its core competitiveness in order to achieve greater development.
