| In the context of China’s economic transformation and government macro-control,the development of the architectural design industry faces a downward trend.The traditional management communication method is inefficient,and it has been difficult to adapt to the increasingly fierce competitive environment.The architectural design team needs to improve the overall efficiency through efficient internal management and communication.Traditional information systems are often used to record the functions of the project development process but cannot simultaneously support communication and collaboration between personnel.Based on the background,by designing a transaction information system,the assistant project leader disassembles the phase objectives and external information into tasks and distributes them to relevant responsible persons to complete information communication,that can conducing forms a visualized working environment through efficient transmission of relevant information data,thereby improving teamwork efficiency and Project management level.Firstly,check the relevant literature and materials to conduct in-depth research on the project communication management knowledge system and model,and clarify that the basis of efficient communication of project communication is scientific organizational structure,perfect communication rules and standardized communication process.The user interview outline is drawn up and summarized based on this.The interview results establish relevant user portraits,summarizing the work flow and content of the architectural design team,the main communication scenarios,and the pain points of the architectural design team in the management and communication of transaction information.By combing the communication and collaboration relationship within the team,the interpret structure model is used to analyze the factor hierarchy that affects the target realization and obtain the design goal.Combine with an architectural design team to carry out design practice,use the project communication management system to build a system communication model and functional framework,set up three types of personnel to control the direction and order of transmission,and use the mobile terminal and the web page to serve the team members to conduct important communication scenarios at work.The user’s evaluation is carried out by means of the prototype diagram of the system function structure,and the visual map is completed after the interface is optimized.Through theoretical research and design practice,the project communication management knowledge system is applied to the functional structure design of the transaction information system,which verifies that the communication provides a good auxiliary role for project management and inter-personnel collaboration,and provides a case reference for establishing information communication methods within the architectural design team. |
