In the historical wheel of the advancement of the new China,the railway has gradually occupied the most important travel tools in the minds of the people.At the same time,it is also an important project related to the people’s livelihood.It has an important basic guarantee function and a strong pulling effect on social and economic development.But at the same time,it also faces a problem that is obvious to all.That is,the idea of egalitarianism among the employees of railway enterprises in China is deeply rooted,and the ability of employees to reduce their work efficiency and their potential cannot be exerted.To a certain extent,it has seriously hindered the rapid development of railway enterprises.At the same time,facing the increasing opening up of the domestic market,the rapid development of foreign capital and private enterprises has invisibly caused incentive competition with the efficiency of railway enterprise employees,which makes it necessary for state-owned enterprises to change their original efficiency.In the case,improve the employee incentive mechanism in line with the railway enterprises.This paper starts with the related concepts and basic theories of incentives,combines theoretical research with practical analysis,and analyzes the current situation of employee incentive mechanism of DQH Company of China Railway 16 th Bureau.Secondly,based on the questionnaire data of internal employees,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the satisfaction degree of the company’s employees’ incentive mechanism,and many problems exist in the company’s employee incentive mechanism: the salary system is imperfect,and the performance appraisal system is not scientific.Ignore employee career planning management,lack of long-term planning for employee training,and insufficient corporate culture.Finally,the paper analyzes these problems and establishes a diversified salary incentive system,builds an employee incentive evaluation system,improves employee career planning management,builds a company training system,and strengthens corporate culture construction.The scientific and complete implementation has provided strong support,and it also provides a reference for the research and innovation of the employee incentive mechanism of the railway enterprise project department in China.
