In China’s market economic system, state-owned enterprises will play a key role. It isbecause of this, the government would reform of state-owned enterprises as the priority.Perfect the executive compensation incentive constraint mechanism in state-ownedenterprises is an important task for the reform of state-owned enterprise in our country. Howto establish conforms to our country reality need to executive compensation incentiveconstraint mechanism in state-owned enterprises, to make it better able to excite the workenthusiasms of soe executives, to create greater value for the enterprise, has an importanttheoretical and practical significance.This research mainly analyzes the problems existing in the executive compensationincentive constraint mechanism in state-owned enterprises, at the same time led to theinvestigation on the deep reason of these problems, and on how to perfect our countrystate-owned enterprises executive compensation incentive constraint mechanism relatedSuggestions are given.This article is divided into seven parts. The first part is introduction, introduces theresearch background, research significance, research contents and research methods. Thesecond part is the theory review, introduces the connotation of compensation andcompensation management, as well as the domestic and foreign research status about theexecutive compensation incentive constraint mechanism of state-owned enterprises. The thirdpart analyzes the problems existing in the executive compensation incentive constraintmechanism in state-owned enterprises. The fourth part is the causes of problems, mainly fromtwo aspects of enterprise itself and the market are analyzed. The fifth part is the analysis ofshanxi coking executive compensation system. The sixth part is about the Suggestions ofperfecting our country’s executive compensation incentive constraint mechanism instate-owned enterprises. The seventh part is conclusion and prospect, including the mainfindings of the study, the deficiencies and the outlook for future research.
