Research On Performance Evaluation Of Liaoning Provincial State-owned Tourism Enterprise Group

The implementation of modern enterprise system reform by state-owned enterprises has been an important and urgent issue in China's economic field in recent years,and it is also an important content of the adjustment of the national industrial structure.The market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises directly affects the sustainable and healthy development of China's market economy,and also affects various economic results of socialist construction.In general,the implementation of market-oriented reforms of state-owned enterprises is the key to China's overall economic development.In recent years,the tourism industry in Liaoning Province has been continuously developing.As an important part of modern service industry,tourism industry has a wide range of connections,strong driving force and broad development prospects.It plays an important role in the economic and social development of the province.In order to further deepen the reform of the tourism enterprise,it is necessary to innovate its corporate management model,marketize the allocation of tourism resources,strengthen the development of the tourism market,increase the vitality of the tourism industry,improve the restructuring of state-owned enterprises,and implement modern enterprise systems.It lies in whether the company has established a complete performance management system,and through the implementation of effective performance management,to improve the enthusiasm of employees for work and further promote the development of the enterprise.Therefore,the performance of enterprises after the restructuring is a matter of great concern to both governments and enterprises.Based on the study of enterprise performance evaluation in related fields,this paper takes the reformed Liaoning Province state-owned tourism enterprise group as the research object to evaluate its performance.This article is based on the concept of tourism enterprise groups and related theories of performance evaluation.Based on the development of the tourism industry in Liaoning Province and the reform of state-owned tourism enterprise groups in Liaoning Province,the reform is established from five aspects: economy,tourists,internal operation of the enterprise,and environment The performance evaluation index system of thestate-owned tourism enterprise group in Liaoning Province;the empirical analysis of the Benxi Shuidong tourism group was carried out by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Internal management,scenic environment and other aspects put forward five countermeasures to promote the performance development of the tourism enterprise group after the reform.
