Research And Analysis Of Urban Economic Radiation Effects Under The Background Of Double-center City

According to the theory of urban economic radiation effect based on the theory of geoeconomics,there is an interaction between cities in a certain range of urban areas,and it has an impact.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is the third largest urban agglomeration in China,but the regional coordinated development is still difficult to achieve.Based on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation and analysis of radiation effects,this paper studies the economic structure development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city and analyzes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The internal mechanism that is difficult to achieve integration,and the integration development proposal from the industrial perspective and the future regional spatial structure.Based on domestic and foreign literatures,this paper constructs 14 data indicators for quantitative evaluation of economic radiation in 2011-2018,and uses the gravity model that introduces comprehensive strength and urban relative distance to calculate the external economic radiation power of the dual-core central city,and calculates the similarity of industrial structure.By analyzing the radiation properties,it is found that the siphon of the peripheral cities in the central cities has been increasing year by year,and the regional imbalance development trend is remarkable.Based on the qualitative analysis of policy and economic radiation theory,Tianjin and Beijing will take the lead in completing integration into a single-nuclear city,and research and analysis of its radiation effects,forming a difference with the dual-core.The reason for the difference is the integration of Beijing and Tianjin.The net radiation between cities is zero,which only affects other cities.This can reflect the impact of the non-capital function acceptance policy on the Hebei region.Baoding and Baoding are found in the most radiation-prone areas in Baoding,Langfang,Zhangzhou and Tangshan.Langfang is the victim and beneficiary of the development of policy integration.For this reason,from the radiation theory point of view,why Baoding established the industrial policy of why Xiongan and Langfang were developed.This is the research process of the internal mechanism of intra-regional integration development.Finally,from the perspective of quantitative research and new growth of industrial development,this paper provides integrated recommendations for underdeveloped regions and analyzes the future regional spatial economic structure.
