Study On Hebei’s Undertaking The Transfer Of Beijing’s Industry In The Context Of The Collaborative Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has risen to national strategicheight. For the three areas, they should clear their respective functions, speed up the transferof industry, and promote the cooperation and division of the three areas. Beijing extends itsnon capital functions, the focus is on the transfer of industry, it can effectively alleviate theurban diseases of Beijing and strengthen the functions as the capital. For Hebei province,through effectively undertaking transfer of industry, speeding up the upgrading of traditionalindustries, can promote the transformation of industrial structure of Hebei, speed up the "fourchanges" and realize of the rise of green. With the collaborative development ofBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei advancement, how to undertake transfer of industry for Hebei hasbecome a hot issue, this paper selects Hebei to undertake the transfer of industry of Beijing asan object for study, using the value chain division theory and transfer of industry theory,constructing the regional industry transfer analysis frame, to enrich the regional economicdevelopment theory. At the same time, puts forward relevant countermeasures andsuggestions to improve its industrial transfer undertake ability, has important practicalsignificance to optimize the industrial structure of the two, strengthen division of labor andcooperation, realize the coordinated development of regional economy.The article compares and analyzes the present situation of the industrial structurebetween Hebei and Beijing, the two in the industrial structure gradient are complementary,and by calculating the location quotient can be found that Hebei Province has advantage inthe second industry especially in industry. At the same time, due to the difference betweenresources cost, Hebei and Beijing have formed industry transfer potential. By SWOT analysisof Hebei undertaking industrial transfer from Beijing, and using Hebei area2008-2013industrial data to analyze, we can see that there is a certain isomorphism between the twoplaces, but the isomorphism between the two places is reduced, the division is strengthening.At last, selected Huanghua of Hebei to undertake the transfer of Beiqi manufacturing as a case,from the angle of constructing value chain division, constructs industry transfer analysismechanism to analyze the case, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions, for the Hebei province better undertaking industrial transfer, realizing of greentransformation and upgrading to provide reference.
