Analyzing Spatially Economic Disparities With In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based On ESDA

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as one of the most important growth pole of China,has attracted much attention.However,compared with Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta,the economic space differences is still a big problems.Beijing and Tianjin have high economy level.Most cities of Hebei province have low level of urban economy.Shijiazhuang city,which has becomed the economic slump with the surrounding city,have changed from economic advantages to ecnomic disadvantages. Zhangjiakou and Chengde are located on the verge of regional economic areas,the lagging economic status of Zhangjiakou and Chengde have not changed.Analysis the economic space differences of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions by using the method of ESDA.The empirical results show that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has turned gradually from the spatial difference to the spatial agglomeration.Beijing and Tianjin have been the economic center by high economic value.At the same time,spatial agglomeration is more and more significant.An important change is the economic type of Beijing,changing from the HL type spatial area into significant HH type spatial area.Beijing,Tianjin,Tangshan form the main growth pole and drive the surrounding economic growth;The economic advantage of Shijiazhuang city,the captial city of Hebei province,have disappared;The spatial distribution of the low economy development level was not significantly changed.Therefore,as the background of collaborative development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,government need to build a reasonable mechanism of industry transfer,relieve the capital non-core functions,implement industry agglomeration again of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,form an industry system where different industries can spport each other,establish reasonable social level of investment in fix assets,improve the mechanism of the talent exchange and sharing.There are a lot of reasons to explain the change of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economic space type.This article analyze from three points:the second and third industries evolution process;urban social fixed assets investment;R&D input.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,sum up the problems existing in the process of Beijing-Tianjin–Hebei regional economy development,then offer reasonable proposal and suggestions.
