Research On Tianjin Undertaking Industry Transfer Under The Coordinated Development Of Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

In 2014,it was called the "first year of coordinated development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei," and became an important development strategy for the country.The proposed strategy has an important role to play in deepening reform,upgrading the economy,and upgrading urbanization.The geographical location of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is superior,and the functional orientation of the three places is also different.Beijing's economic function will be weakened,highlighting its political,cultural,international,scientific and technological innovation functions.Enhance the economic status of Tianjin in the northern region and give full play to its manufacturing and port advantages,Build Tianjin as a pioneering area for manufacturing R&D,international shipping,financial innovation and reform;Hebei serves as a support for Beijing and Tianjin,Construction as a supporting area for business logistics,industrial transformation and upgrading,new urbanization and urban-rural integration,and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei eco-environment.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the most dynamic region in the North China economy,After the coordinated development of resource integration in the region,industrial upgrading led by technological innovation will further stimulate potential energy activities,Enhance Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's influence and competitiveness in the world and boost the Chinese economy to create a new situation.This article first discussed the background and strategic significance of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Defining the concept of coordinated development,industrial transfer,and industrial inheritance,On the basis of theory,the causes and patterns of industrial transfer have been analyzed.To better understand the current state of industrial development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,analyze the industrial structure and economic development of the three cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Through the industrial gradient,and industrial concentration degree,we have drawn leading industries in each region,demonstrated the existence of industrial gradients.Demonstrate the feasibility of Tianjin's undertaking of industrial transfer and the type of industry that Tianjin should undertake when undertaking industrial transfer.At the same time,this article also demonstrated the relationship between the amount of industrial undertakings in Tianjin,GDP,and urbanization through a quantitative analysis model.The results show that Tianjin's undertaking of industrial transfer has a positive effect on economic growth and urbanization rate.Therefore,to a certain extent,it promoted the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and thus demonstrated the necessity of Tianjin to undertake industrial transfer.At present,Tianjin has achieved great results in undertaking industrial transfer.It has undertaken a large number of high-value-added enterprises and investment in Beijing.and distributed to various parks in Tianjin.However,many problems have also been exposed during the course of Tianjin's industrial transfer,such as fierce industrial and project competition,lack of a reasonable industrial division of labor,and weak industrial radiation capabilities,this requires us to further resolve.Finally,this paper analyzes the advanced experience and methods of industrial transfer in the process of coordinated development between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.To propose countermeasures and suggestions for Tianjin's high-efficiency industrial transfer,to actively promote the construction of industrial parks,to strengthen the division of labor among industries,to give play to the advantages of the manufacturing industry,and to promote industrial agglomeration.At the same time,enterprises should play a major role in the market,etc.
