| With the rapid development of the national economy,the competition in the real estate industry has become more and more fierce in recent years,and the industry continues to shuffle.In order to achieve long-term,stable and sustainable development,real estate development enterprises focus on personnel training,among which marketing talents are particularly important.Therefore,for real estate development enterprises,building the competency model of employees is the primary task of human resources.We should use our own talent competition model.This paper begins to refine the competency model of marketing team by using the methods of key event interview,investigation and expert group discussion,and studies some marketing talent management problems in the current development process of G Group.Through the decomposition of competency model,this study refines the core competency,general competency and professional competency respectively.Core competence is extracted from three aspects: common requirements of real estate industry,characteristics of G group,and enterprise management orientation.Six core qualities were finally determined.Universal competency quality refers to the competency database of the industry and the responsibilities of marketing posts for expert evaluation,and ultimately forms 11 items of general competency quality.Professional competency quality is based on BEI interviews,collecting interview cases to extract 9-10 qualities respectively.Through the classification and definition of competency quality model,the specific requirements of each post are clarified.A Portrait of Enterprise Talents Using Competence Model,establishment of standards of assessment,improve Performance Evaluation System and Establish Talent Ranks.Make Group G’s human resource management more scientific and efficient,and help the company to advance its strategic goals.In this paper,the current situation of human resources of existing marketing team is studied in depth,I collected and collated the data.For the future of the company’s competency model system to provide a basis for the establishment of a good foundation.It provides a reference for the research of competence quality model of commercial real estate industry. |
