Real estate,as an important industry of the national economy,regardless of whether from the so-called golden age into the silver age,due to the rapid development of urbanization,is still a high gold content of the era,the scale is still continuing to expand at a high speed.In the surging real estate market,some real estate enterprises show high performance growth through scale expansion.Among them,the scale of the head real estate enterprises is getting bigger and bigger,but the phenomenon of "big fish eat small fish" and even "big fish eat big fish" frequently appears.Undoubtedly,such fierce competition first brings about the competition for talent resources.Therefore,with the instability of the economic environment,talent out of control,high potential brain drain and other situations occur frequently,enterprises generally feel severe talent challenges.Based on this background,talent review has become an important tool to grasp the current situation of talents,formulate talent strategy,and find the gap between the current situation of personnel and strategic requirements,and talent review is more and more favored by organizations.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the concept of talents,key talents and talent review,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and elaboration,and further defines the concepts of talents,key talents and talent review.Secondly,the competency model,resource dependence,performance improvement and others are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for this study;At the same time,it comprehensively analyzes the related literature content of talent review,including the influencing factors,key content,effect evaluation and inventory effectiveness,which provides sufficient guidance and direction for this study.Thirdly,taking XC commercial real estate as the prototype,this paper analyzes the current situation and implementation effect of the organization’s key talent inventory.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the organization’s key talent inventory,mainly focusing on the inventory system,evaluation rules,management input,inventory culture,incentive mechanism,career development space,etc.Finally,from the above six aspects,the corresponding optimization countermeasures and safeguard measures are put forward to further improve the effect of the organization’s key talent review work,improve the talent management system,reduce the resource dependence on external talents,improve the work and organizational performance,form their own talent core competitive advantage,and then achieve the organizational goals.Through this study,this paper discusses the role and integration of talent review in organizational strategy and human resource management system from multiple perspectives.On the one hand,it enriches the theoretical knowledge of talent review,on the other hand,it also provides reference for other real estate organizations to better use talent review tools.
