Study On The Project Schedule And Quality Management Based On Crowdsourcing Model

In recent years,the crowdsourcing model has been adopted by much more enterprises,which is to develop enterprise IT projects in the form of crowdsourcing distribution.The advantages of this mode are enhancing competitiveness,shortening R & D cycle and reducing costs.However,due to the fact that the research of crowdsourcing project management is still in starting stage,the quality of crowdsourcing projects can not be guaranteed.As a result,establishing a series of effective crowdsourcing project progress and quality management is particularly important.Regarding the problems above,this thesis aimed to find out the reasons that affect the quality of project,by analyzing difficulties and crucial points of the crowdsourcing project of enterprise management.After analysis,the project quality management method under crowdsourcing mode was put forward,which will accumulate valuable experience for the subsequent project management.According to the qualities of the IT crowdsourcing project,this thesis studied the establishment steps of the progress planning process of crowdsourcing project,then proposed the schedule control method based on the crucial chain,and then expounded specific methods such as identifying the key chain,eliminating security time,setting buffer zone and checking the status of project through the buffer consumption diagram.In terms of quality management research of crowdsourcing projects,this thesis expounded how to establish the organizational structure of the stakeholder management to achieve the best management effect,and proposed the effective basic process of the quality management and supervision and control methods to protect the project.This thesis also discussed the quality evaluation methods,summarized quantifiable quality evaluation indicators,and builds a quality evaluation model.Finally,this thesis took an IT crowdsourcing project of enterprise as an example,by using progress management and quality management method based on the crowdsourcing project to test the feasibility of the method,and its expected effect achieved in the case.Meanwhile,the valuable reference for improving methods were also provided.
