Under the environment of rigorous global economy,the continuous depression of oil price affects the survival and development of shipbuilding industry directly.How to survive under the situation of low oil price becomes the chief issue to be faced for more and more enterprises.There will be important significance for enterprises' development on researching new Man-hour Management pattern.This paper is to discover man-hour management pattern and to find new lean management methods for enterprises' future development on the basis of enterprises' management pattern nowadays,combining enterprises' management experiences in the past and based on enterprises' contract management,performance management and plan management.Main research contents as below:1)To analyze main reasons of enterprises' serious situation nowadays,summarize most of domestic enterprises' management pattern.Analyze advantages and deficiency and set forth the necessary and importance of changing management pattern based on production efficiency,quality consciousness,manpower cost,wasting manpower and materials.2)To discuss the feasibility of applying man-hour management pattern and to introduce origin,theory and man-hour formulation steps of man-hour management pattern according to enterprises' situation nowadays.3)To apply man-hour management on platform repairing process,monitor full life circle application situation of man-hour management,verify whether reaching the purpose of improving production efficiency,safety and quality methods,reducing useless man-hour and production cost.4)To analyze and summarize the implemented result.
