| Production Management System is a tool that company uses to make the production process automatically, more and more people use it since its perfect function and effectiveness. It will provider user a more stable and effective environment and decrease company’s cost, improvement the product quality, and will deliver the product based on the schedule. Production Management System would to be changed accordingly once the product flow has been updated, it is because the data module will be normally changed. The changes include the structure of report and format of relationship. If user add data to the old module, system performance will be more and more worse. Finally, it will make system running slower and slower. It is an objective reason that system application encounters the bottle-neck issue. In general, five years is a normal period that production management system would have some changes from 30% to 50%, as a conclusion, production management system has to be enhanced step by step. Research on production management system upgrade, the author access to a large amount of data, found that most of the research is in the production management system of lay particular stress on upgrading the study of the technical scheme, others point to the production management system upgrade success and non-technical factors have close relationship, but how the non-technical factors and the relationship between the system upgrade, detailed argumentation is not much.The thesis researches and analyzes current production management system, using population production technical and information technology, at the same time, project management theory and method will be used in it. Finally, it will provide more detail solution how to improve the production management system. This thesis focuses on the management of non-technical factors for enterprise production management system in the successful upgrade key, in the process of the practice of upgrading the whole production management system, enterprise how to establish an effective project organization team, how to process management, how to organize the implementation process of each stage in an orderly way, and how to drive change and how to carry out risk control will be discussed in this thesis.Chapter 1 describes the background of production management system, represents the meaning of improvement of the system, at the same time, it makes a brief of basis of the theory and reference literature.Chapter 2 summarizes the improvement goal and detail information for the production management system, after that, it mentions the process of how to make the improvement process successfully and how to create an effective project team, how to proceed to follow the process and how to reduce potential risk.Chapter 3 make the improvementprocess more clear base on a real case.
