Study On The Application Of Lean Production In C Company Railway Carriage Repairing System

Lean production has proven to be a successful reform of the manufacturing industry, companies from all over the world also have spare no effort to promote lean production. Railway vehicle repair enterprises have invested lots of manpower, financial and material resources to implement lean production mode, to enhance the overall level of the railway passenger vehicle repair, shorten the repair cycle, reduce the maintenance cost, in order to more quickly and take the initiative to preempt the limited market share, but often with little success. Investigate its reason, for the repairing system of railway vehicle repair is a complex and dynamic process, influenced by a variety of internal and external factors of comprehensive supporting supplier delivery time and quality, the probability of parts replacement,railwaypassenger vehicle parts procurement cycle, etc. There are a lot of uncertainty, but also difficult material inventory setup, maintenance quantity varies with the seasonal change is big, the influence of the repair process complex, etc, all of these with the lean production requirements of the production balance, stability, make it hard for lean production to achieve the desired effect in the railway maintenance industry.This paper mainly introduces the related theory of lean production, lean production related content. Introduces the industry environment, C company repairing system briefly overview the status quo of production organization. Through the value stream map drawing, a systematic recognition and analysis of the main problems of passenger vehicle repair system now, repair system necessity and urgency of the implementation of lean production.Using the theory of lean production related, and the current situation of the overall production of railway vehicle repair system to draw the future value stream map, for optimizationof production process. Secondly, set up spare parts storehouse safety inventory model for to provide security. Repair system based on the analysis of guest field management of the main problems existing at the same time, combining with the 5 s management, TPM management and lean production management thinking, by improving the site management system and standardized team building workshop to further improve the level of lean management. Based on the full study of lean production, on the basis of relevant theories, combining with the characteristics of railway vehicle repair, the establishment of lean production mode is suitable for railway passenger vehicle repairing, in order to relevant passenger vehicle repairing enterprise and management personnel to provide reference and help.
