Study On The Theory And System Of Man Hour Management In Shipbuilding

Since 1990s the modern shipbuilding mode was introduced, native shipyard had marked progress and accumulate knowledge both in theory and practice. The modern shipbuilding mode has been spread everywhere in production management in native shipyard. Which not match the advanced mode,the man-hour management is still stop at the 1950s level.In this paper, study on the comprehensive application of technology of the modern shipbuilding mode,to build the production management system which is under the modern shipbuilding mode.on the base of that to build the modern man-hour management system,then use the Knowledge engineering to build the man-hour management expert system with digital shipbuilding technology,Firstly using the technology of group technology to set up reasonable process and field arrangement, and then in the intermediate product; oriented to using the WBS to divide the work package.Secondly base on the first step to set up the man-hour management system: compare the process to establish the working procedure, and then use the original unit to link the working hours and production quotas,, and then apply the 7 methods to calculate the standard coefficient, and finally through the establishment of the working hours of the collection and analysis process, to build the working hours system framework.Finally with the digital technology and knowledge engineering,to achieve the goal that finally the full flow of design information, working time information, material information and production information, So as to establish the man hour management system based on the modern shipbuilding mode and digital technology.
