With the progress of The Times and the development of economy,people's quality of life continues to improve,and people pay more and more attention to the nutrition of daily diet.The consumption consciousness of dairy products is also continuously enhanced.In addition,the country actively advocates that "a bottle of milk a day makes Chinese people strong".Dairy processing industry is a sunrise industry with great development potential,which is of great significance for improving the dietary structure of urban and rural residents and improving their physical quality.In recent years,the state has also vigorously supported the development of the dairy industry in terms of policies.However,the development of China's dairy industry is still in the growth stage,and many internal problems still need to be solved.Coupled with the frequent occurrence of dairy industry safety incidents,not only caused a series of social problems,but also brought a huge blow to the dairy industry.On the one hand,China's dairy industry needs to implement effective norms to promote its healthy and orderly development;on the other hand,the rising demand for dairy products from residents presents both opportunities and challenges.DH dairy,as an unlisted local dairy enterprise,must fully explore its own advantages if it wants to stand out in the fierce market competition.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the core competitiveness of DH dairy and realize its value maximization.This article embarks from the basis of existing research to DH dairy industry as the research object,the "financial perspective connotation and basic features of enterprise core competitiveness,the influential factors of the enterprise core competitive power and the relationship and enterprise core competitiveness evaluation method of the" three aspects of the theory as the support,implement overall introduction for DH dairy industry first,then the internal and external management environment to carry on the systematic analysis,it can be seen that DH dairy as a small and medium-sized enterprises,the production and operation situation in the domestic industry average,based on the financial strategy,financial resources,financial capacity,three dimensions of consideration,DH dairying industry core competitiveness can be specific fulfil enterprise's profit ability,debt paying ability,sustainable development ability,operation ability and research and development ability,the ability of five closely contact with various financial indicators,and then around the five big capacity design to establish suitable for evaluation of DH dairy enterprise core competitiveness evaluation index system,the core competitiveness of DH dairy,which USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,according to the evaluation results,DH dairy's comprehensive score of core competitiveness is not high,which is the general level,but has a certain potential for development.Therefore,six Suggestions are proposed from the financial perspective to improve the core competitiveness of DH dairy.Strengthen the construction of milk source base and consolidate the foundation of development;Adjust the structure of dairy products and strengthen the deep development;Cost reduction and revenue increase;Reduce financial management risks and improve asset operation efficiency;We will strengthen the management of research and development funds and focus on the cultivation of core technologies.At present,dairy processing enterprises in China are faced with arduous challenges and fierce competition.The research in this paper not only analyzes the current situation of DH dairy industry's core competitiveness and puts forward effective Suggestions for improving its core competitiveness,but also provides reference for the evaluation of the core competitiveness of the whole dairy processing industry.
