Research On Business Core Competence Evaluation Based On Broad Financial Strategy

With the development of global economy and technology, the competition is becoming increasingly intense among businesses as well as international and domestic competitive environment. For most of the domestic businesses, they must have their own core competence; construct unique competitive advantage in order to gain the superiority and much profit. That is core competence,which is the key whether Chinese businesses can exist and grow in the global competition, and it is also the significant means and source of maintaining the competitive advantages.Many scholars at home and abroad have made valuable inquiry on the intension of core competence and the forming mechanism. However, as for the research of enterprise core competence which is based on broad sense financial strategy has not been set foot in, especially it is an academic virgin land for information disclosure for quantization appraisement of enterprise core competence and its application.In view of this background and condition, this dissertation mainly applies basic theory of resources, the core competence theory, information disclosure theory and approaches. It inquires into the factors of business core competence, the relationship between core capability and broad sense financial strategy , the evaluation index system, model, method and information revelation model of business core competence.The dissertation also makes a comprehensive analysis of core competence theory, the competitive strategy, and developing practice, analyzes the characteristic of business core competent measure, establishes the conception of general financial strategy and constructs essential factors of business core competence in view of both financial and non-financial resources, applying to the basic theory, it raises that the core competence originated from realization of reasonable combination of five-dimensionality competences within businesses.
