Rural Transformation Evaluation And Analysis Of Influencing Factors In Wuling Mountain Area Of Hunan Province

Rural transformation is an important process and path to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.Concentrated contiguous areas are the shortcomings of rural development in China and the areas with the greatest potential for rural development.In recent years,with the development of China's western development and poverty alleviation,the policy advantages in the area are obvious,and the external environment of rural development and The endogenous driving force is constantly changing,and the transformation of population-land-industry and other factors will have an important impact on the solution of rural problems and rural transformation and development.Therefore,based on the perspective of geography,this paper studies the rural transformation and development of poverty-stricken areas,evaluates the rural transformation and development of poverty-stricken areas,and studies the spatial differentiation and influencing factors of rural transformation,which is of great significance for the further transformation and development of concentrated rural areas.Based on the special natural and socio-economic status of Wulingshan area in Hunan Province,using social economic statistics,remote sensing image data,land use change data,using GIS spatial analysis method,mathematical statistics method,geographic detector andother methods,Wuling Mountain,Hunan Province The comprehensive development of rural areas in 37 counties(cities,districts)in the district has been quantitatively analyzed,and the rural transition degree evaluation index system has been established from the three dimensions of population,land and industry,and the rural comprehensive transformation of the districts in 2006,2011 and 2016 respectively.Degree,rural population transformation,rural land transformation degree,rural industrial transformation degree evaluation,using the coefficient of variation and standard deviation ellipse to study the evolution of spatial differentiation and spatial pattern of rural transition degree,focusing on the factors affecting rural transformation,and proposed The path and countermeasures of rural transformation and development in Wulingshan area of Hunan Province.Research indicates:(1)During the period of 2001-2016,the comprehensive development level of rural areas in Wulingshan District of Hunan Province has been greatly improved: the overall size of rural population has not changed much,the total number of rural labor resources has shown an upward trend,and the demographic dividend advantage is obvious;the employment structure of rural employees is constantly increasing.Optimization,the proportion of employees in the primary industry is continuously decreasing,the proportion of employees in the secondary and tertiary industries is rising;the living standards of rural residents have been greatly improved,but the gap between the per capita disposable income of rural residents and the overall level of HunanProvince has increased;GDP,Fiscal revenue,fiscal expenditure,and fixed-asset investment have multiplied,and the industrial structure has changed from “three-two” to “three-two”,but the speed and level of economic development among various counties and districts are quite different.(2)The comprehensive transformation degree of rural areas in Wulingshan area of Hunan Province changed from low or low to high or high.Wulingyuan District,Jishou City,Lengshuijiang City and Hecheng District started early in transition,and the degree of transformation was earlier.Gao,Chengbu County and Xinhua County have a low degree of rural transformation and a slower transition.The overall population and industrial transformation of the district have improved significantly,and the land use transformation is not obvious.(3)The coefficient of variation of rural transition degree in various years in Wulingshan district of Hunan Province has been decreasing,which indicates that the rural transitional variation within the district is decreasing,and the balance of rural transitional development is increasing;the distribution of standard deviation ellipse based on rural transition degree,rural transformation The center of gravity shifts from northeast to southwest;the length of the long semi-axle of the standard deviation ellipse increases continuously,the length of the short semi-axis decreases,and the flatness of the standard deviation ellipse increases continuously,indicating that the centripetality and directionality of the rural transition degree distribution are slightly increase.(4)The significant factors affecting the degree of rural transformation mainly include per capita non-state-owned assets investment,per capita state-owned assets investment,per capita local fiscal revenue,urbanization rate,per capita social consumer goods retail sales,per capita GDP,and the detection values are all above 0.4.The role of investment,urbanization,and economic development in rural transformation is stronger than that of resource endowment,traffic conditions,industrial support,and agricultural modernization for rural transformation;the effect of two-factor interaction on rural transformation is stronger than that of single factor to rural The impact of the degree of transition.
