Empirical Research On Development Level And Influence Factor Of Circulation Industry In Wuling Mountain Area Of Hunan Province

Hunan Wuling Mountain Area covers 37 counties and cities in seven cities,including Huaihua,Xiangxi autonomous prefecture,Zhangjiajie and shaoyang.It has many poor ethnic minorities,weak infrastructure,relatively backward economic.Its the main battlefield of the Wuling Mountain Area,the impoverished core area and and the anti-poverty main battlefield of Hunan.In recent years,with the development of circulation industry,the economic grows obviously,but the currency market of circulation industry facing the problem of the smaller scale,imperfect circulation structure,low distribution efficiency,seriously restrict the development of circulation industry.Therefore,this article focus on solve practical problems of circulation industry development in Hunan Wuling Mountain Area,studies the development level and influence factors of circulation industry.And put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of Hunan Wuling Mountain area circulation industry,which not only enriches the theoretical research in the field of circulation,at the same time,know the concentrated areas of circulation industry development situation,to accelerate comprehensive poverty alleviation goals,promote economic development area has great practical significance.On the theoretical analysis,this paper reviews the related domestic and foreign research literature of circulation industry,and based on the division of labor,transaction cost,theory of industry economics perspective,from the evolution of labor division,factor input and technological innovation,etc,analyzes the connotation and mechanism of the development of circulation industry.And then analysis the empirical data of circulation industry from 2005 to 2015 in Hunan Wuling Mountain Area.Found in recent years,the circulation industry has obtained the remarkable achievements,but there are some problems to be solved.To comprehensively analysis the development degree of circulation industry in Hunan Wuling Mountain Area,this paper establishes the index system effectively,then measures the development level of circulation industry.With the subjective and objective analysis method to measures the statistical data of circulation industry from2005-2015 in Hunan Wuling Mountain Area,finds the circulation industry of development is on the rise,but the overall development level is low.After analysis its influence factors,finds that the economic development level has most significantcontribution,the marketization process,other factors have no significant role in promoting the development of circulation industry,or even reverse the inhibition Finally,based on the above results,puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on the development of circulation industryin Hunan Wuling Mountain Area.
