Since twenty-first Century,human resources have always been the commanding heights of large and medium-sized enterprises.As the direct producer of enterprise products,human resources determine the overall competitiveness and future development potential of enterprises to a great extent.It plays an immeasurable role in technological innovation,application of technological achievements and promotion of enterprise product competitiveness.This paper takes Company X as the research object,firstly,through collecting and reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes and summarizes the current situation of human resources development in the renewable resources industry at home and abroad,and combs the main theories related to research topics,including the summary of the concept of human resources development,incentive theory and achievements.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,the author collects relevant data and makes statistical analysis to understand the employees' satisfaction with the current human resources development work of the company,and concludes that there is a lack of innovative management culture in human resources development of X company,and the management level does not attach importance to staff training.Lack of high-quality training team,lack of talent reserve and cultivation plan for key technical posts,lack of hematopoietic vitality of internal competition mechanism,lack of corporate culture and cohesion,serious brain drain and other issues;finally,in view of the problems summarized in the investigation and analysis,the corresponding solutions are put forward,including(a)transfer.(b)Innovating enterprise management culture and training mode diversification;(c)Innovating talent incentive mechanism and establishing diversified incentive measures;(d)Attaching importance to staff training and assessment,creating a high-quality training team;(e)Evaluating talent training work,building a sound training system;(f)the introduction of talent competition mechanism and the establishment of a sound KPI assessment ofthese six measures.Taking X Company as an example,following the thinking of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing problems and solving measures of the company's human resources development under the dynamic environment,and provides a set of practical and operable plans for the company's human resources development and planning,at the same time,it also provides other current solutions.Similar companies also have certain reference value in human resources development.At the same time,the data and data used in this paper are relatively accurate,so the human resources development program is more in line with the actual situation of the company.
