Manufacturing enterprises account for a large portion of the market, generally large but not strong.Along with the climbing labor costs, energy costs and market competition costs, they are forced to think about how to improve production efficiency and transformation and upgrading."Made in China 2025" plan was formulated under the circumstances of increasing global competition and rapid development of information networks. There are two key drivers for the high-quality development of manufacturing industries.First, the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries. It is the growth and development of new technologies, new organizational models and core industrial clusters that promote manufacturing. The core of both grippers is the supply chain. The competition of enterprise competition, especially manufacturing enterprises, will gradually transform into competition between supply chain ecosystems.Establishing close cooperative relations between enterprises and upstream and downstream, and then transforming synergy performance by strengthening supply chain concentration is an important part of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The relationship between the supply chain entities is characterized by competition and cooperation, different kinds of relationship have different effects on corporate performance.Meanwhile, the performance of supply chain relationship management is influenced by the internal situation of the enterprise.Internal control belongs to the category of corporate governance, and is essentially a component of supply chain management. The essential characteristics of management and control risk enable internal characteristics to play a moderator role in the process of supply chain relationship management in corporate performance. This paper expressed the close relationship of supply chain relationship with supply chain integration, explored the relationship between supply chain integration and enterprise performance, then adds internal control variables to detect moderating effect. In addition,it also conducted comparative analysis under the property property classification and proposes corresponding management advice.A total of 554 A-share listed manufacturing companies were selected from 2013 to 2017,including 153 stateowned enterprises and 401 non-state-owned enterprises.Based on Stata 12.1,a fixedeffects model was selected and regression tests were conducted. The research finds that:(1)customer integration has a significant positive correlation with corporate performance, internal control is positively moderating the relationship between the two variables;(2)supplier integration has a significant positive relationship with corporate performance, and internal control is positive moderating the relationship between the two variables;(3)When grouping according to the nature of property rights: Customer integration under the state-owned enterprise group positively affects enterprise performance while supplier integration negatively affects corporate performance, and internal control still plays a positive moderating role;Customer integration under the non-state-owned enterprise group positively affects corporate performance, and supplier integration is positively affecting corporate performance and internal control still plays a positive moderating role. This paper expanded the research scope of supply chain relationship management and internal control, and enriched the theoretical basis and research perspective of the relationship between property rights and firm performance.
