Research Of The Manufacturing Enterprise Logistic Operation Based On The Internal Supply Chain Integration

With the continuous advance of the market economy, the competition between market subjects is becoming fiercer and fiercer. Regardless of industry or theoretical circles are in active exploration and practice about how to succeed in the complex market. Due to the change of competitive environment, enterprise management mode has been evolved from vertical integration of the original to horizontal integration. It was found that horizontal integration can bring new change and obtain new competition advantage for enterprises. It becomes another problem to be solved in front of everyone about how to make full use of the advantages of horizontal integration to facilitate the rapid development of the enterprises. Based on practical needs, effective tools for horizontal integration-- enterprise supply chain management emerge as the times require.Based on the theory of the enterprise supply chain management, this paper takes LBS Company as the research object, and elaborates the present situation of logistics operation of LBS Company in detail, hoping to find effective ways of internal supply chain integration for LBS Company. analyze the current situation of the internal supply chain management of LBS company from the production, storage and procurement of three big modules, pointed out in its data integration, process design in five aspects of the problem. Firstly, current situation of supply chain management and related theory are summarized, and then the current situation of logistics operation of LBS Company is analyzed, which is from three big modules like production, storage and procurement, pointing out the problem of five aspects in its data integration, process design and so on. Through the establishment of model and analysis of LBS company in the internal supply chain integration, it can be carried out that how to make decisions and logistics operation for the company. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward internal supply chain management of LBS company in seven aspects, like the redefinition of the business process, changing the way of information sharing, the establishment of enterprise interior supply chain relationship based on market chain, etc.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of combining theory study and practical application, like field survey method, questionnaire method, mathematical modeling and analysis,fishbone diagram and other effective way. Taking that improving the internal supply chain management environment and the internal operational efficiency of enterprises as the starting point, improve the operation effect of the internal supply chain management, accelerate the formation of enterprise internal sub core competitiveness, and ultimately achieve the purpose of coordination of internal and external unity through the diagnosis of the problems existing in logistics operation management of manufacturing enterprises, combining with the production process management theory and enterprise management theory. The internal supply chain integration scheme proposed in this paper is not only effective for LBS Company, but also has reference significance on internal supply chain integration and internal operations for enterprises existing similar problems.
